    Optimum Design of Engine Mounting System and Criterion Based on Transfer Path Analysis

    • 摘要: 为了研究车内振动的发生机理,根据传递路径分析方法的基本原理与动力总成悬置系统优化方法,提出一种基于传递函数的动力总成悬置系统的分析与参数优化方法以及评价指标.在实车工作情况下,该方法可以利用振动测试的数据建立整车传递函数模型,进行悬置传递路径分析与优化,对整车车内振动进行预测.测试过程简单,测试时间短,并以国产某轿车为例验证了该方法的正确性.

       

      Abstract: To achieve a full understanding of the compartment vibration generation mechanisms,an innovative optimum design and criterion of engine mounting was studied based on the theoretical background of transfer path analysis(TPA) and past progress of optimum design of engine mounting systems.Then the vehicle model of transfer function using the data of easy measurement in operational condition of vehicle is put in practice,and transfer path analysis and optimum of transfer functions of engine mounting system also is carried out.The vibration of a car is simulated and optimized.The process of measurement is easy,and time is short.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through optimum of engine mounting system of the car.
