    Simplified Calculation of Tooth Stiffness of the Involute Internal Spur Gear

    • 摘要: 为了获得渐开线直齿内齿轮轮齿刚度的简化计算公式,从直齿内齿轮渐开线齿形出发,建立了内齿轮的精确三维实体模型,合理选择并提出了影响直齿内齿轮变形挠度的4个主要参数:加载位置、齿轮齿数、齿轮变位系数和刀尖圆角半径,并利用有限元法对变形挠度进行了分析研究和实际计算,最后通过对计算数据的回归分析,推导出了直齿内齿轮轮齿刚度的简化计算公式.

       

      Abstract: Tooth stiffness of involute internal spur is treated as a constant in ISO,but changes with time in fact.In order to deduce a simplified approximate formula to calculate the tooth stiffness of the internal spur gear,the paper sets up an accurate 3D solid model of internal gear in the involute profile,and it resonably selects and proposes the following four main gear parameters which influence the tooth stiffness of the internal spur gear:position of load action,number of teeth,addendum modification and tool edge radius.The paper compares the value of the tooth position of load action with the value of the symmetric center point to identify which one is the value of deformed deflection of the gear tooth in FEM;Then,the deformed deflection of the gear tooth is practically calculated by FEM;At last,a simplified approximate formula to calculate the tooth stiffness of the internal spur gear is deduced by the regressive analysis of the data.
