    Application of Reverse Engineering in Denture Design

    • 摘要: 详细介绍了以Surfacer10.5的二次开发为平台,运用逆向工程技术进行CAD义齿设计的操作流程.对其关键技术(模型数字化、点云预处理、颈缘线提取、位姿调整等)作了详细阐述,指出了这一技术的优势所在,这一流程是集数字图像处理、图形学、数控技术等多学科为一体的高新技术,与传统的工艺形成了鲜明的对比,不仅降低了成本,节省了劳动力,改善了工作环境,而且大大提高了义齿修复的效率.同时也提出了测量的数据易出现盲区、重构曲面片间光顺性难保证以及设计的义齿与预备体配合不紧密等难题.

       

      Abstract: The operation process of adopting reverse engineering technique to do CAD denture design based on surfacer 10.5 is introduced. Such key techniques in the design as model digitalization, pose adjustment, etc., are illustrated in detail, and at the sametimc the superiority of this technique is pointed out. The above process is a high and new technology integrating numeric picture processing with graphics, NC technology, and so on. As compared with the traditional technology, it decreases the cost, saves the manpower, improves the worleing condition, and what's more, greatly enhances the efficiency of dental prosthesis. Finally, the difficult problems, suchas blind zone often occurs in measured data and the designed denture does not match closely with the prepared one, etc, are also proposed,
