    The Application of Factor Analysis Spectrophotometry of Flow Injection pH Gradient to the Simultaneous Determination of Copper, Cobalt and Zinc

    • 摘要: 利用FIA-pH梯度进样技术,采集t-A数据,用目标变换因子分析法处理数据,可确定混合体系物种数及其含量,以二甲酚橙(XO)为显色剂,NaAc-HAc为缓冲体系,用本法对铜、钴、锌三元混合物同时完成定性和定量分析,结果良好。

       

      Abstract: A pH gradient ranging from 4.7 to 6.2 was estabeished in a flow injection system by using NaAc-HAc buffer. The absorbances of the color complexes which were formed by metal ions and chromogenic reagent (XO) were measured and the data were collected by reading bsorbances which changed with time. Identities and concentrations of metal ionic species involved were confirmed by solving the data matrix with target transformation factor analysis method (TTFA). Tests tum out that the determination of synthetic samples consisting of Cu2+, CO2+ and Zn2+ by this method are satisfactory.
