    基于LabVIEW的内燃机缸压采集与分析系统开发与实验验证

    Development and Experimental Verification of Engine Cylinder Pressure Acquisition and Analysis System Based on LabVIEW

    • 摘要: 为了能通过分析气缸压力来研究内燃机的燃烧状况,基于LabVIEW开发了一套内燃机缸压数据采集和分析软件.采集软件实现LabVIEW和采集卡之间的通讯,获取缸压和曲轴转角信号.分析软件采用倒拖法确定上止点,基于缸压和曲轴转角信号分析燃烧过程,得到示功图和放热率曲线.利用开发的软件采集了HCCI发动机的气缸压力和曲轴转角信号,并进行了燃烧分析.结果表明该软件能满足燃烧分析功能的基本要求.

       

      Abstract: In order to study engine combustion by analyzing cylinder pressure, software of data acquisition and analysis was developed based on Virtual Instrument Lab VIEW. The acquisition software communicated the acquisition board and LabVIEW, realizing the acquisition of engine cylinder pressure and crank angle. The analysis software enforced combustion analysis based on cylinder pressure and crank angle, obtaining heat release rate and indicator diagram curves by determining TDC through motoring engine. HCCI cylinder pressure and crank angle signals were sampled and analyzed by the software. The engine test showed that this software satisfied the basic combustion analysis demands.
