    Test and Analysis of the Vibration of Printing Press

    • 摘要: 为了给印刷机机体的抗振降噪设计提供可靠的依据,采用现代测试分析技术对某型号的国产印刷机和国外名牌印刷机进行了振动测试,分析了印刷机机体的振动曲线和滚筒的跳动曲线,说明印刷机在印刷过程中存在结构共振现象.通过对振动信号的综合分析,给出了测试样机的振动幅值谱的对比图;该图说明,该机高速印刷时的结构共振激发起过大的振动和噪声.同时采用脉冲锤击方法进行了频率响应函数测试,给出了典型的频率响应曲线,说明测试样机滚筒的转动频率与固有频率重合时,会产生共振,因而,在设计时要考虑此因素.

       

      Abstract: In order to provide reliable evidence for the vibration-resistant and noise-reducing design of printing press body, the authors adopts modern test and analysis technique to do the vibration test for the domestic printing press of a special type and a foreign printing machine of famous brand, analyzes the pulsatile curve of the cylinder and the vibration curve of the machine body of the printing press, which indicate the existence of structural resonance of the machine in working. Through the synthetic analysis of vibration signal, the contrast diagram of vibration amplitude spectrum of the tested example machine is given. The contrast diagram shows that while the machine is in high-speed printing, the structural resonance arouses exceptionally big vibration and noise. Simultaneously, the authors adopt the method of hammering to make the test of frequency response functions, and give the typical frequency response curve, which shows that the rotation frequency of the tested cylinder may coincide with its natural frequency so as to produce resonance. Therefore, this factor should be considered in the design of reducing vibration and noise of this machine.
