    A Study on the Emission and Acceleration Performance of the 493PWS Diesel Engine

    • 摘要: 采用进口气波增压器对国产493ZQ柴油机进行匹配研究.试验研究表明:通过合理匹配进排气系统以及气波增压器转子与发动机曲轴的最佳转速比,不仅可使493气波增压柴油机的NOx及烟度排放显著降低,而且还可使其具有优良的加速性能.

       

      Abstract: The way to match the comprex pressure wave supereharger with 493ZQ diesel engine was studied for improving performance of passenger car diesel engine. It was proved that by matching reasonably the inlet and exhaust system to 493ZQ diesel engine, the optimum speed ratio of rotor of the comprex presure wave supercharger to crankshaft of 493ZQ diesel engine, a good result was brought about. Not only the NOxand smoke of 493PWS diesel engine are evidently reduced, but also an excellent acceleration performance is achieved.
