    • 摘要: 应用CAD技术,对冷板芯部翅片的几何参数做了优化设计,做出了翅片参数与热工性能的相关曲线,为实现优化设计、全面提高冷板热工性能提供依据.在APOLLO工作站对冷板导流区的变形场和应力场所进行的数值模拟工作,对提高冷板整体设计的可靠性具有重要意义.

       

      Abstract: This application CAD technology, on APPLO work station, to the optimization of the geometrical parameters of fin in the core of cold plate is described. Also the related curves between thermal characteristics and geometrical parameters are provided for optimal design and improving the heat performance of the cold plate. The numerical simulation of the liquid flowing in assigned area, deformation and stress field of the cold plate is conducted, which improves the stability of the cold plate is conducted, which improves the stability of the cold plate design.
