    Characteristic Information Modeling of Gyratory Parts

    • 摘要: 为了在智能化计算机辅助设计(CAPP)系统中正确而全面地描述零件的特征信息,提出了采用特征造型技术对回转类零件进行建模的方法.在此方法中,建模元素不再是通常所用的点、线、面等几何元素,而是采用特征元素,从而将几何信息与加上信息通过特征元素反映到系统中,最终实现对回转类零件各种形状特征要素的尺寸、公差、表面粗糙度等工艺信息的描述。

       

      Abstract: In order to correctly describe the characteristic information of parts in the system of intelligent computer aided process planning (CAPP), the authors present a method to build model for gyratory parts by means of character modeling technique. In this method, modeling element is not the commonly used geometric element such as point, line, surface, but the characteristic one through which the geometric and characteristic informations can be transferred into the system, so that the description of such shape characteristic element as size, tolerance, surface roughness of gyratory parts is completed.
