Abstract: In order to integrate supply chain management systems simply and conveniently among enterprises, this paper analyzes the logistics, the information flow, and the fund flow in supply chain and supply chain management, and makes a deep research on the complexity and dynamic essence of the supply chain. A solution based on the framework of Web Services is presented. This solution is characterized by the functions of loose coupling, service port openness and intelligent discovery, communication based on public standard etc. Finally, the purchase management, sale management, storage management and system management function models of the supply chain management system are realized.
