    On the Technological Performance of BZF Series Resin Sand Which Condenses at Normal Temperature and Its Application

    • 摘要: 本文介绍一种铸铁用常温固化树脂系列,即BZF型,按其糠醇含量分BZF-65、BZF-70、BZF-75;并对BZF-65树脂砂进行了系统的工艺性能及影响因素的探讨,重点是研究原砂质量、环境温度、湿度、固化剂及附加物等对工艺性能的影响,并应用于生产,效果良好。

       

      Abstract: This article introduces a resin series BZF, which will condense at normal temperature, for using in casting iron. This BZF series includes BZF-65, BZF-70, and BZF-75 classified according to their content of furfuryl. Systematic exploration has been made on the technological performance and influening factors of the BZF-65 resin; especially on sand quality, the temperature and humidity of the environment, and the effect of the solidifying agent and the added material on its technological performance. The various types of resin have been used with good results in the production.
