    The Finite Element Analysis About the Vibration of Printing Presses

    • 摘要: 为了解决高速印刷机的振动和噪声问题,采用有限元方法,对复杂的印刷机结构进行了模态分析,从避免共振的角度,完成了该印刷机结构的改进设计,讨论了有限元计算中单元的选择、零件结合面的处理以及机器模型的建立方法.该方法可以应用于各种机械结构的减振降噪设计.

       

      Abstract: To reduce the vibration and decrease noise of printing presses of high speed, with finite element method, modal analysis of the structure of a printing press has been conducted in this paper. To avoid resonance, the structure of the printing press has been improved. The units used in the finite element calculation, the processing method of the joints between parts and the method of establishing the machine model have been discussed. This method can be applied efficiently to designing various mechanical structure to reduce vibration and decrease noise.
