    Particulate Trap Technology for Drainage Control of Diesel Engines

    • 摘要: 对世界各国已采用和正在研制的各类捕集器系统进行了综述,对系统中各类过滤媒体和再生系统的结构和性能进行了分析比较,阐明了其优缺点和技术可行性,过滤媒体中陶瓷产品技术较为成熟,光纤产品最具发展潜力;而连续再生系统和组合系统则是目前最先进和最具发展可能性的再生系统.对微粒捕集器技术目前的状况进行了总结和展望,大型国际性的改型方案将在2004年以后开始实施.

       

      Abstract: Many particulate trap systems, which are yet undergoing development or are being researched worldwide, are explored and summarized. The structures and performances of many kinds filter media and regeneration systems in particulate trap systems are analyzed and compared. The advantages, faults and technical feasibility of these traps are elaborated. In filter products, the technology of ceramic products is fairly mature, the optical fibre products have the most developing potential, and the continuous regenetating trap system and combined system are the most advanced ones which have the biggest potential of development. This paper summarizes the current situation of particulate frap technology and prospects the future development: the large-scale international retrofitting program will come into effect.
