摘要

摘要: 用计算机模拟法分析了同步辐射光线本中影响双平晶单色仪能量分辨率的因素,得出了有关单色仪能量分辨率的一些重要参数。

Abstract: The factors affecting energy resolution for the double crystal monochro-mator in the synchrotron radiation beam line are by analysed means of computer simulation And some important parameters relating to the energy resolution of the monochromator are obtained.
