摘要

摘要: 首先建立了策划体之间的利益关系矩阵与影响关系矩阵,通过矩阵分析方法来分析各策划体之间的关系,提出了构思策划方案的思路,以及实现策划方案的手段.

Abstract: The benefit relationship matrix and influence relationship matrix among the strategy planning elements are set up. The basic ideas to conceive strategy planning program and the means to implement strategy planning program are proposed by means of matrix analysis on relationship among the strategy planning elements.
