Design and Manufacture of SAW Filter for Alarm

摘要: 提出了用压电晶体LiNbO₃为基片的中频(36.125 MHz)窄带滤波器的设计方案,并建立了计算机辅助设计程序,按设计尺寸试制了滤波器样品给出了测试结果,对设计指标和实例指标进行了比较、分析并提出了改进意见。

Abstract: The paper puts forward design plan for 36.125 MHz narrow-band SAW filter by LiNbO₃ substrate, and built up the CAD programme. The sample of the filter has been trial-produced according to the design size and the test result has been given According to the comparision result of the design target and the real test target, the suggestion is put forward.
