    Tooth Profile Analysis and Geometrical Design of the Two-tooth Difference Pushrod Movable Tooth Transmission

    • 摘要: 为了设计二齿差推杆活齿传动装置,推导了啮合副构件的齿形方程,分析了传动比、凸轮理论廓线半轴长度、活齿长度及半径等参数对齿形性质的影响,提出了内齿轮不发生齿形干涉的设计条件;根据传动原理及活齿架的结构分析,给出了活齿架参数的计算公式以及避免构件运动干涉并满足传动连续性的活齿架参数取值条件;归纳了二齿差推杆活齿传动的参数设计步骤并给出了设计示例.结果表明,本文提出的设计步骤可以便捷地完成传动装置的几何设计.

       

      Abstract: To design the two-tooth difference pushrod movable tooth transmission,the tooth profile equations of the components in mesh pair are derived.The effects of parameters,such as the transmission ratio,half-axis size of cam's theoretic profile and the length and radius of the movable tooth,on the properties of tooth profile are analyzed.Meanwhile,the parameter design condition is advanced according to the desire of no interference appearance on inner gear's tooth profile.By means of the transmission principle and structural characteristic analysis of the movable-tooth-frame,the calculation formula and selecting conditions of movable-tooth-frame's parameters for avoiding the interference of moving parts and meeting the transmission continuity are obtained.On the basis of above analysis,the steps for parameter design of the two-tooth difference pushrod movable tooth transmission are concluded,and a design example is given.The example shows that the geometrical design of the transmission device can be conveniently completed obtained through the presented design steps.
