    Penicillin Fermentation Process Optimal Control Strategy Based on Cellular Automata Model

    • 摘要: 针对青霉素分批补料发酵过程优化控制问题,提出了一种基于青霉素分批补料发酵过程细胞自动机模型(简称CAPFM)的青霉素分批补料发酵过程优化控制策略设计方法.该方法通过理论分析,将CAPFM等价并转化为一个马尔可夫过程,并构造了基于马尔可夫决策过程的CAPFM迭代优化控制策略,设计了青霉素分批补料发酵过程迭代优化控制的模拟仿真系统.

       

      Abstract: With the aim of solving the optimal control problem of penicillin fed-batch fermentation processes, based on penicillin fed-batch fermentation process cellular automata model (CAPFM for short), a method of designing optimal control strategies of penicillin fed-batch fermentation processes is proposed. By theoretical analysis, this method transforms CAPFM to a Markov process equivalently, and constructs an alternate optimal control strategy of CAPFM, then a simulating system of penicillin fed-batch fermentation process alternate optimal control is designed.
