    The Study of Soybean Oil Hydrogenation Catalyst Properties

    • 摘要: 用沉淀法制备了一种部分硫中毒的镍催化剂SN-1.考察了载体及助催化剂对豆油氢化的影响.通过对其氢化油的折光指数、碘值、熔点、脂肪酸成份、反式酸及固体脂指数的分析表明,不仅其氢化油的性能而且它的活性、选择性、寿命均与荷兰Harshow公司生产的SP-7催化剂相似,它是制造代可可脂基科氢化油的较合适的催化剂.

       

      Abstract: The effect of the supporter, promoter and sulfur on the hydrogenation of soybean oil was tested. The partial sulfur poisoned catalyst SN-I was made with precipitation method. By analysing the refractive index, melting point, iodine value, the component of fatty acid, trans-isomers and solid-fat-index of hydrogenation oil, it is shown that not only its hydrogenation oil performance but also its selectivity, activity and length of life are similar to the SP-7 catalyst manufactured by Harshaw Company Holland.
