    • 摘要: 对世界各国降低汽车CO2排放的非产品性(non-production)措施进行了分析、综述,并结合我国的实际情况,详细介绍了非产品性措施对减少汽车CO2排放的重要作用及在我国实施的意义.

       

      Abstract: The authors analyze the non-production measures of CO2 exhaustion from automobile in the world countries, and according to the reality of China, detailedly introduce the influence of non-production measure on decreasing CO2 exhaustion from automobile and the significance of putting the measures into practice in China.
