    Construction Monitoring and Control of the Prestressing Suspend-dome of the Badminton Arena for 2008 Olympic Games

    • 摘要: 2008奥运会羽毛球馆屋盖新型弦支穹顶结构跨度93m.钢材用量60 kg/m2.利用振弦应变计和全站仪对屋盖弦支穹顶结构的张拉施工进行了索力、网壳构件内力、网壳节点位移的全过程施工监控,并与ANSYS有限元分析的施工模拟值进行了对比.施工监控数据表明索力、构件内力、结构位移与仿真分析偏差在合理的范围之内,以索力为主控参数,节点竖向位移为第2控制参数,并综合考虑构件内力,认为结构施工张拉已经达到设计要求.

       

      Abstract: The span of the suspend-dome of the badminton arena for 2008 Olympic Games is 93m, and the average steel cost is optimized down to about 60 kg/m2. The vibratory strain gauge and Total Station Instruments are used to monitor the force of the members and tension of cables. Displacement of joints are monitored during construction and the data shows that the force, displacement and cable tension are all with in reasonable range. With the cable tension as the main control parameter, the vertical displacement of joints as the second control parameter and the members' force being considered simultaneously, the cable tension reaches the design requirement.
