    The Full Compensation Condition for the Design of Orthogonal Winding in Special Function Resolver

    • 摘要: 当特种函数旋转变压器带负载时,输出绕组中出现的电流在气隙中建立的附加磁势,引起磁场分布畸变,导致函数精度显著下降。为此需用精确设计的正交绕组加以补偿。
      本文导出了负载阻抗恒定情况下,为使附加磁势对函数精度的不利影响能够在规定的转子角位移范围内处处得到补偿,正交绕组在设计上应满足的条件。所得结论具有普遍意义,而普通正余弦函数旋转变压器可看成是其适用对象中的一种最简特例。

       

      Abstract: When a special function resolver is loaded, the additional air gap magnetomotive force due to the load current in output winding reduces the function pricision greatly. For this reason, a well designed orthogonal winding is needed.
      This paper proposes a full compensation condition for the additional disadvantageous force effect with respect to constant load impe-dence and arbitrary rotor position within preselected angular interval. The result here is useful to the design of orthogonal winding for any type of special function resolvers, while the usual sine-cosine function resolver is merely a particular case of them.
