    Application of Factor Analysis in Assessment of Performance Excellence

    • 摘要: 为了适应企业卓越绩效管理的需要,解决企业高层全方位把握企业运营状况和卓越绩效评价过程中指标数量快速增加带来的两难问题,论文采用因子分析的方法,减少指标数量,且最大程度地防止原指标体系承载信息的丢失,同时,实现指标相互独立,防止了指标间存在的相关性而导致的指标有效性的降低.为企业开展卓越绩效管理过程中,建立面向企业高层管理者的新指标体系提供了理论依据和具体方法.

       

      Abstract: In order to meet organizations' needs of continuously pursuing excellence and implementing perfor- mance excellence management,and to provide solution to the dilemma of wholly mastering organizations' per- formance without rapid increase of indicators' number in the performance excellence evaluating process,this paper tries to use factor analysis to reduce the number of indicators with minimum information loss,and real- ize indicators independence the same time,preventing effectiveness loss related with indicators correlation. The paper provides the theory basis and concrete methods for top managers to build new indicator system in the process of implementing performance excellence management.
