    Influence of Mechanochemical Effect on Physical Properties of Cement Clinker

    • 摘要: 用高能行星磨对水泥熟料进行机械力化学活化,通过XRD、SEM、FI-IR以及DSC分析,研究水泥熟料粉磨过程中的粒度、矿物性能、显微形貌以及热力学性质的变化情况.结果表明,水泥熟料粉磨过程中发生了晶体结构无定形化、脱羟基反应及Si—O键结构的破坏,提高了活性.经过粉磨后,水泥熟料颗粒细化并趋向球形化.

       

      Abstract: The cement clinker was activated by mechanochemistry with the high-energy planetary mill.The effect of grinding on particle size,mineralogical characterizations,microstructure,and thermodynamic properties were analyzed by using XRD,SEM,FI-IR and DSC.Results show that the clinker grinding results in crystal structure disorder,dehydroxylation reaction,and Si-O breakage,which increases its activity.The particles of clinker are reduced and tend to be spherical after grinding.
