    Study on Concentration Polarization Phenomena in Ultrafiltration Process——Affects of Protein Adsorption on Flux

    • 摘要: 利用光电法直接测量超滤过程中膜表面边界层内的浓度分布,算出膜的附加阻力,可定量地描述蛋白质分子在膜表面的吸附状况。讨论了膜材料、溶质种类、溶液浓度等因素对蛋白质分子吸附的影响。

       

      Abstract: Photo-electric method was used for direct measurement of concentration profile in boundary layer and for the calculation of additional resistance of membrane during ultrafiltration. On the basis of the measurement, adsorption of protein molecules on the surface of membrane was described quantitatively. Affects of membrane material, solute and solution concentration on protein adsorption were discussed.
