    • 摘要: 本文论述了约瑟夫逊效应谐波混频器的基本理论,设计了8mm-3cm谐波混频器的结构及其实验装置并做出了实验检验。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the fundamental theory of Josephson-effect harmonic mixer is discussed. The structure of a Josephson-effect harmonic mixer in the 8mm-3mm wavelength and its experimental set-up are designed. Ah experimental check is also presented.
