计算激光光束M²因子的两种新方法

摘要: 对实际激光光束M²因子的计算测量作了一些讨论,给出了两种计算测定实际激光束M²因子的新方法:由光束不同截面的光斑半径来得到M²因子;测得激光束某个截面的光强分布求出激光束的M²因子.

Abstract: The calculation and measurement of laser beam M²-factor was discussed, then two new methods was proposed. One of them is to obtain M²-factor from the spot size of many cross sections; the other is from the intensity profile of one section.
