    Study on the Modification Immobilized Cells

    • 摘要: 以添加天然物质和化学处理改变凝胶结构提高海藻酸钙珠体的机械强度;以海藻酸钠为添加剂降低了制备聚乙烯醇珠体的难度,并从技术、经济两方面比较了聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钙二种固定化细胞。为其能够实际应用于生物反应器提供了可能。

       

      Abstract: The performance of Immobilized Cells were improved through chemical treatment adding natural substances. The preparing process of the polyvinyl alcohol strain would meet fewer difficulties by adding sodium alginate to it. On the view of economiy and technology, two Immobilized Cells of alginate calcium and polyvinyl alcohol were compared with each other. These tests pave a way to apply Immobilized Cells strain to bio-reaction vessel.
