    • 摘要: 半导体可饱和吸收反射镜提供了一个新型固体被动锁模器件,用其可以在固体锁模激光器中产生ps至fs脉冲.介绍了各种半导体可饱和吸收反射镜的原理、设计及其应用.

       

      Abstract: Semiconductor saturable absorber mirrors offer a unique possibility for self-starting passively mode locked picosecond and femtosecond pulsed lasers. In thispaper, the principle, design technique and application of such mirrors are introduced.
