    Heat Transfer Properties of Hot Water Floor Heat Exchanger With a Two-pass Style System

    • 摘要: 通过实验针对低温热水地板辐射换热器传热过程的主要影响因素展开研究,以北京地区某高校办公建筑为研究对象,选取其中4间按回字型方式布置地板辐射换热器的房间为实验比较对象,分析和研究了变化供水温度、管内流速等参数对不同管间距的地板辐射换热器传热性能的影响规律,比较了不同管间距对地板表面温度不均匀性的影响,给出了北京地区办公建筑供水温度、管内流速及管间距选用范围。

       

      Abstract: This paper focuses on the effect of supply temperature,water flow velocity,and tube spacing on the hot water floor heat exchanger through experiments.The testing experiments were carried out in four rooms with the same two-pass style arrangement and different tube spacings in an office building in Beijing.Heat flowand floor surface temperature were analyzed and compared as the supply water temperature and water flow velocity were varied independently,and non-uniformity of floor surface temperature in different tube spacings was determined.The optimal ranges of supply water temperature,water flow velocity,and tube spacing for Beijing's office buildings were presented.
