    Fatigue Performance of the Weld Spacing of Coach Framework Joints

    • 摘要: 应用梁壳混合模型,对客车骨架接头局部结构的疲劳特性进行了分析,重点研究了接头焊缝间距对疲劳性能的影响.通过提取客车侧围结构接头的局部模型,进行不同焊缝间距疲劳性能的对比研究,初步总结了接头局部疲劳寿命随焊缝间距变化规律,为客车结构的疲劳可靠性设计提供参考.

       

      Abstract: The local fatigue performance of the framework joints of a coach is analyzed by the Beam-shell hybrid model.The impact of the weld spacing on the fatigue performance is studied,and the relationship between the fatigue life of the joints and the changed weld spacing is preliminarily summarized,providing a useful reference for the local structure design of the coach body.
