    Study on the Weldability of the High Strength Stainless Steel 00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl with Corrosion Resistance to Sea Water

    • 摘要: 研究了00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl不锈钢的焊接性及其焊接工艺问题,在熔敷金属强度低于母材的情况下,预热到200℃,以低的线能量(0.78kJ/mm)施焊,可以得到无裂纹的焊接接头;其机械性能略低于母材,热影响区的耐点蚀性能与母材相当.

       

      Abstract: The weldability and welding technology of the stainless steel 00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl was studied. As it turned out that when the strength of the weld deposit was lower than the base benal, the cracking-free welding joint could be obtained through preheating (200℃), by controlling the temperature between two passes (<200℃) and selecting low heat input (0.78KJ/mm). Its mechanical properties were slightly lower than base material, and the pitting corrosion resistance was equal to the base material.
