    Effect of Filtration Modes on the Immersed UF Membrane Effluent Quality and Fouling

    • 摘要: 运行条件是影响超滤膜过滤性能的重要因素,针对这一问题,以东江水源水为研究对象,系统考察恒定水头和恒定通量2种过滤方式对浸没式超滤膜出水水质和膜污染的影响.中试结果表明,恒定水头和恒定通量2种过滤条件下,超滤膜对颗粒物和有机物的去除效果相差不大.在长期运行过程中,恒定水头过滤引起的不可逆膜污染比恒定通量过滤条件下严重,通过选择合理的膜通量和清洗方式,采用恒定通量过滤可使膜系统在较长时间内保持稳定运行.

       

      Abstract: The operating condition is an important factor affecting the membrane filtration performance.Effects of filtration modes including constant pressure and constant flux on UF effluent quality and membrane fouling were investigated.Results of the pilot-scale experiment show that the removal of particulate and organic matters by UF has little difference in constant pressure and constant flux conditions.In the long period of operation,more seriously irreversible fouling can be caused by filtration in constant pressure than in constant flux condition.Membrane filtration operation can remain stable in very long period in constant flux condition by selecting a reasonable flux and cleaning method.
