    Logistic Model by Cellular Automaton for Simulating Tumor Growth

    • 摘要: 对应用于模拟肿瘤生长的Logistic模型进行了分析和研究,设计了基于一维细胞自动机的肿瘤动态生长模型.以连续Logistic模型为基础,导出模型的离散差分形式;在前人工作的基础上,设计出基于细胞自动机的离散动态计算机生长模型,并设计出人工细胞自动机状态随机演化规则;对基于一维人工细胞自动机的肿瘤动态生长模型进行了数值仿真实验.理论分析和结果表明细胞自动机模型仿真曲线与连续Logistic模型两者相互吻合.

       

      Abstract: Based on the study of logistic model simulating tumor growth, a kind of tumor dynamic growth model is designed. From the continuous logistic model its discrete differential form is derived, and from the predecessors' work a discrete dynamic computer growth model with cellular automata and the stochastic evolving rules of artificial cellular automata are designed. Through the numeric emulation experiment of tumor growth model with one dimension artificial cellular automata, it is known that the theoretic analysis and experiment results are in agreement with data from the logistic growth of cancer.
