Quantitative Analysis about the State of Crime Under the Market Economics

摘要

摘要: 以大量详实数据介绍了我国打击刑事犯罪的情况,分析了当前刑事犯罪的类型和特点,并提出了减少、控制犯罪的思考与建议.

Abstract: The types and tendency features of current crime in China are ananlysed, and the situation of the nation-wide struggle against the crime is described. Besides, some reasonable ways to crack down the crime and get the crime rate under control are put forward.
