    Study on the Microstructure at Weld Bond of Dissimilar-metal Joints

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了熔合区马氏体层的组织特征,并用模拟成分炼钢的方法测得了马氏体层内Ms点的分布规律。实验结果表明:熔合区马氏体层的组织是位错型马氏体,在马氏体层内,距熔合线位置不同的点有不同的马氏体转变温度Ms;马氏体转变温度主要受熔合区成分梯度控制。在实验的基础上,提出了熔合区马氏体组织形成的模型。

       

      Abstract: The transmission electron microscopic analysis (TEMA) was used as primary technique to show the martensite structure at weld bond of dissimilar-metal joints. In order to determine the distribution of the martensite start points (Ms) in the martensite layer, the simulating test was also made. The experimental results show that the structure of martensite layer in weld bond is dislocation martensite and that the marlensite start points vary with the distance from fusion line, which is controlled by composition gradient. Based on these results, the model which could describe the formation of martensite structure was established in detail
