    Study on Manufacturing System Modeling Based on Improved Stochastic Statechart

    • 摘要: 为减少应用随机状态图进行制造系统建模的复杂性,引入抽象子系统和系统总图,分别表达随机状态图的相似性和整体性.应用改进后随机状态图建立了制造系统模型,将该模型转化为时间连续马尔可夫链,并对系统的性能指标进行了分析.实例验证表明,改进随机状态图能有效简化建模与性能分析过程,为制造系统设计与优化提供依据.

       

      Abstract: Stochastic statechart is widely used modeling systems.Lack of consideration of comparability between different sub-systems leads to the complexity of modeling.Stochastic statechart is improved by using abstract sub-system and general system chart to express the comparability and integrity of stochastic statechart respectively.The performance measurements can be obtained by the Continuous-Time Markov Chain,which is transformed from the manufacturing system model by the improved stochastic statecharts.A case study shows that the improved stochastic statechart can effectively simplify the modeling and performance evaluation process and it is useful to configuration and optimization of manufacturing system.
