    A New Method of speedy Determination of Graphite Form-The Method of Measuring Surface Tension in Liquid Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 本文研究了除Mg、Re元素含量变化外,在铁水中其它元素含量不变的条件下,不同温度时铁水表面张力和铸铁凝固后石墨结晶形态间的关系。结果表明,可用测量铁水表面张力方法予测铸铁的石墨形态。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the relationship between the surface tension of liquid cast iron and its graphite crystalloid form after solidification is studied at different temperatures, in which the contents of elements in cast iron are constant other than that of Mg and Re. The result shows that the graphite form of the cast iron could be predicted by measuring the surface tension of the liquid cast iron.
