An Experiment on Overcut Effect in the Process of Metal Cutting

摘要

摘要: 本文对金属切削过程中,特别是精加工情况下的过切现象的机理做了实验研究,首次提出了刃区物过切效应的概念及倒切屑副屑刀具的概念。

Abstract: In this paper, the mechanism about ovcrcul phenomena in the process of metal cutting especially fine machining is investigated. The concept of overcut effect about material in the edge section and concept of minor chip cutter for converse chip are put forward for the first time.
