    数字化印刷工作流程中的油墨预置技术

    Ink Presetting in Digital Printing Work Flow

    • 摘要: 为了使JDF(job definition format)数字化印刷工作流程中油墨预置更加准确,根据胶印机中的油墨转移,对墨键开度和印张实地密度值的关系进行了理论分析;并结合油墨预置试验,拟合出墨键开度与印版网点面积率的关系曲线;在流程中用程序语言实现该关系的算法,从而实现油墨预置.结果表明,与传统油墨控制技术相比,该技术缩短了胶印机开机后的调整时间,量化了油墨预置数据,提高了印刷效率,降低了印刷成本.

       

      Abstract: In order to make ink presetting technology of digital printing process based on JDF more accurate,according to the ink transfer of offset press,analysis of the relationship between key opening and specimen page density value is conducted,and the curve of the relationship is established with the investigation in practice.The algorithm of the relationship and the ink presetting are implemented.Compared with the traditional ink controlling technology,this technology shortens the adjustment time when the machine starts,quantifies the data of ink presetting,improves the printing efficiency,and reduces the printing cost.
