    Study on New Method for Removal SO2 from Flue Gas

    • 摘要: 提出一种用劣质煤为原料制备脱硫剂,用变温吸附方法分离浓缩烟气中SO2,然后用载有B-E型催化剂的脱硫剂为还原剂,将被浓缩的SO2气在600℃下还原成单质硫的新型排烟脱硫的新方法.对整个工艺过程的试验结果表明:与传统的活性碳吸附法相比,此法不仅在工艺上可行,技术上先进,并且具有大幅度地降低操作费用,处理工艺简单及能有效回收废气中硫资源的优点.

       

      Abstract: The new method for removal of SO2 from flue gas was suggested. In this method, the desulfurizing substance was prepared with inferior, and temperature swing adsorption was used to separation and concentrate SO2 from waste gas, at about 600℃ the SO2 was reduced in progress to element sulphur by the desulfurizing substance carrying the B-E type catalyst. The results of series tests of the technologic process show: this new method, compared with traditional active carbon adsorption method, is feasible and advanced technologically, it has many advantages, such as low production cost, simple operating technique and effective recovering of sulphur from the waste gas.
