    • 摘要: 为了进一步研究单点金刚石车削加工所获得的工件表面粗糙度,在前人工作的基础上,详细阐述了现有的具有代表性的单点金刚石车削表面粗糙度的研究方法及其优缺点,主要包括基于切削理论的方法、谱分析方法和人工智能方法.研究表明,最有前途的方法是将上述几种方法结合起来,以发挥各自的优点.

       

      Abstract: The rapid development of machine tools and laser metrology has led to an increased efficiency of ultra-precision single point diamond turning (SPDT) technology.To improve the study method of the surface roughness of a work-piece obtained through SPDT,this paper presents the typical methods that can be employed for the prediction and analysis of surface roughness in SPDT as well as their features based on the study results in literatures.They are the method based on cutting theory,spectral analysis and artificial intelligence.Using more than one method to study the surface roughness is promising,because each one has its advantages.
