    橡胶隔震支座拉伸性能试验研究

    • 摘要: 为了正确评价橡胶隔震支座拉伸性能以及拉伸状态时计算模型的合理性,基于橡胶隔震支座拉伸应力应变关系曲线,提出了拉伸刚度应力应变关系的计算模型,对橡胶隔震支座竖向拉力和拉伸变形性能,拉伸剪切变形状态下偏拉原点刚度、水平刚度和阻尼与剪切应变关系进行了试验研究.结果表明,本文建立的计算模型与试验结果吻合较好.因此,在隔震支座所受拉伸应力不大于3倍橡胶剪切模量的条件下,支座的力学性能稳定.

       

      Abstract: In order to reveal the tension property of rubber isolators and verify the new tension stiffness stress-strain computation model proposed in this article, the author investigated the relations between vertical tensile force and deformation property, and relations among the biasing tension origin stiffness under shear tension state, horizontal stiffness, damping and shears strain. All test results show that the computation model is effective to analyze the tension property of rubber isolators. The mechanical properties are stable and dependable if the tension stress of rubber isolators will not exceed 3G.
