摘要

摘要: 根据近几十年有关辅酶Q₁₀化学合成的各种文献资料,综述了辅酶Q₁₀的应用,并对COQ₁₀现有的各种化学合成路线及其优劣进行了介绍与比较,总结了合成COQ₁₀的3个关键步骤.

Abstract: On the basis of the documents about the synthesis of coenzyme Q₁₀ in recent decades, the authors summarize the practical applications of CoQ₁₀, review the various routes to synthesize CoQ₁₀ and compare them with each other, and finally generalize the three key steps of synthesizing CoQ₁₀.
