    全水润滑的斜盘式水液压柱塞马达的试验研究

    Experiment and Research of Water-lubrication Swash-plate Axial Water Hydraulic Piston Motor

    • 摘要: 研制了一种全水润滑的浮动配流结构的斜盘式水液压柱塞马达,该马达工作压力为10 MPa,输出转矩为12.5 N·m,额定转速为1 500 r/min;介绍了该马达的结构特点,并在自行研制的水液压元件综合试验台上进行了马达的性能试验,对马达的空载排量、容积效率和机械效率等进行了测试,验证了设计的正确性.

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the water lubrication swash-plate axial water hydraulic piston motor with floating valve plate was developed.It is working pressure is 10 MPa,output rating torque is 12.5 N·m,and rating speed is 1 500 r/min.The motor structure characteristic was introduced,and experimental research on the self-development comprehensive test system was done for the water hydraulic piston motor.The performance verification tests were also made.The analysis was done for motor displacement,motor flow and efficiency et al.The experimental results prove the structure design correctness.
