    Development of Dimensionless Parameters Real Time Processing System for Refrigeration Experiments

    • 摘要: 为了使实验人员能第一时间监控其感兴趣的无量纲参数的变化情况,提高实验效率,开发了制冷实验无量纲参数实时处理系统(DLRT).系统包括硬件设备和软件平台2个主要部分.硬件设备采样速率快,分辨率高,并且采用高速微型计算机对数据采集主机进行远程监控.软件平台具有多种运行模式,能适应制冷实验过程当中的不同需要,软件界面友好,操作简单,具有一定的通用性.

       

      Abstract: In refrigeration experiments, a lot of dimensionless parameters are the important token of experimental status, but those data are not measured by instruments. In this paper, the Dimensionless parameters Real Time processing system (DLRT) for refrigeration experiments has been developed. Using this system, the experimenters can detect and control their interested dimensionless parameters in the first time so as to enhance the efficiency of experiments. The DLRT includes hardware and software. The hardware has fast sampling speed and high resolution. The high-speed microcomputer is used for the teledetection and telecontrol on the data acquisition main frame. The software has several run modes with the characteristics of friendly interface, good maneuverability and adaptability for different demand in refrigeration experiments.
