    套管换热器换热特性的数值分析

    Numerical Analysis of Heat Transfer of Double Pipe Heat Exchangers

    • 摘要: 采用三维模型数值模拟了套管的换热特性,分析了套管换热器出口位置、倾角对套管对流换热性能的影响,选择给出了部分截面上的温度、Nusselt数(Nu)和对流换热系数的分布.结果表明:套管出口位置对换热量有重要影响,而倾角对换热量影响很小;温度在热边界层内发生剧烈变化,外管壁面温度变化不明显;对流换热系数随雷诺数(Re)(2 650~10 800)的增加而增加.将Nu的计算结果与Kays和Leung的解析解作了比较,二者吻合很好.

       

      Abstract: A numerical simulation of a double pipe heat exchanger is carried out to comprehend the effects of the outlet positions and tilt angles on the performance of convective heat transfer.Parameters including profiles of temperature at the selected cross-sections and distributions of both Nusselt number(Nu),and convective heat transfer coefficients (α) are obtained.Results show that the outlet position impacts on total heat flux,whereas the effect of the tilt angle is slight.Temperature dramatically varies within the thermal boundary layer;however,there is a slight variation in wall temperature of the double tube.α increases with increasing Reynolds number(Nu) ranging from 2 650 to 10 800.Compution results of Nu agree with the data obtained by the semi-empirical analytic solutions to Kays and Leung.
