    基于小波变换的奇异性检测在发动机连杆轴承故障诊断中的应用

    Singularity Dectection Theory Based on Wavelet Transform and Its Application in Failure Diagnosis of the Connecting Rod and Its Relative Bearing of Engine

    • 摘要: 在研究了基于小波理论的奇异检测技术的原理、方法的基础上,结合发动机连杆轴承故障的特点,应用样条小波变换对故障信号进行多尺度分解,分别计算出表征故障严重程度的奇异性指数,即Lip指数结果证明了小波基理论对于往复机械故障诊断的有效性及工程实用性.

       

      Abstract: Singularity dectection theory and method based on wavelet transform were presented in this paper. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the connecting rod and its relative bearing the failure signals were multi-scale decomposed by wavlet tranform of spline function. Singularity exponents called Lip exponents representing the failure serious degree were computed respectively. The result demonstrated the effective and practical value of wavelet transform applied in the failure dignosis of reciprocating machinery.
