    Study on Relations Between Quality Factors of Commodity Standards

    • 摘要: 按国家标准测定了酱油和食用油的质量指标数值,考查了质量指标间的相关关系.提出了用"商品质量空间","商品规范质量空间"和"商品期望质量空间""拟合"的方法评价商品质量标准的质量水平的设想.讨论了商品质量指标间线性关系相关分析的方法.

       

      Abstract: In this paper the quality factor values of edible vegetable oil and soybean sauce have been determined and the relation between the quality factors has been researched. A method for assessment of the quality levels of commodity standard by "coincident estimation" between the commodity quality space, specification quality space and expectation quality space has been suggested. A method for linear correlation analysis of quality factors has been discussed.
