    The Exhaust Pollution of IC Engine with Oil Cooling and Improvment in the Oil Coolant

    • 摘要: 内燃机采用油冷后,燃烧室壁温的升高使NOx排放增多,采用喷水内冷的办法能有效地抑制NOx的生成.采用向冷却油中加入适量的GDS-2型添加剂的方法,可使其凝固点从-12℃降至-42℃.从而使油冷技术能在寒冷地区推广.

       

      Abstract: The IC Engine used oil coolant, its NOx emission is more than water cooling engines, since tempurature of the combustion chamber is increased. With internal cooling of water was employed in the engine, the NOx emission as well as is reduced. To add GDS-2 additive to oil coolant, the freezing-point decreaced from-12℃ to-42℃. The method of the oil cooling finds wide use in the coid area.
